15. Collection Authorization Protection Clause – Funding Services
By using our funding application and representation services, you authorize New Vision Investors LLC to collect a 20% success fee from any funding you are approved for as a result of our work.
You acknowledge and agree:
• You will notify us immediately upon funding approval.
• Failure to pay will result in use of third-party collections, reporting to funding institutions and fraud registries.
• You authorize us to store and charge your card on file when funding is confirmed.
• You waive the right to dispute legitimate success fee payments.
This clause is non-negotiable and enforceable.

You agree not to:
• Submit fraudulent documents or misrepresent your identity, business, or funding needs.
• Avoid payment after receiving services or funding.
• Initiate chargebacks without valid cause.

• Report fraud to credit bureaus, banks, processors, and legal authorities.
• Use collection agencies to pursue chargebacks and unpaid balances.
• Terminate your access to our services permanently.
